For more than 25 years the WELS Wind Ensemble has been involved in this unique ministry, traveling once or twice a month to participate in Sunday worship services at area WELS congregations. Some of the musicians have been members for all or most of the 25 years, some only a short time. But all share a love of making music, using the abilities God has given them to give glory and praise to Him!
In addition to the worship services, the group presents concerts in summer and also a Christmas concert. We would love to have you join us in two weeks for our concert on Sunday, December 9 at 3:00PM. It will be in the auditorium at Fall River High School, 150 Bradley St in Fall River, which is just a few miles off Hwy 151 near Columbus. The small auditorium is perfect for this concert! It is easily accessible with no stairs, and there is ample parking. Keeping with our usual format, the first half of the concert will be sacred, the remainder the fun and popular side of Christmas - (It`s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas!) With the addition of a vocal soloist and audience singalongs, it is a wonderfully inspiring, relaxing and enjoyable afternoon! Come join us!!
